US Medical Staffing offers a full suite of healthcare staffing solutions to fit the medical employment needs of your facility at any given time, including per diem, local contract, and direct hire (permanent) employees. As a partnering facility, you will have access to our network of experienced, licensed, and credentialed consisting of RNs, LPNs, NPs, and all other nursing specialties, as well as all ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS, including all disciplines within Radiology, Laboratory, Respiratory, Rehab Therapy, Speech Therapy, Pharmacy, Advanced Practice, and Physicians.

What is US Medical Staffing’s process for qualifying candidates, whether RNs, Allied Health professionals, Advanced Practice professionals, or Physicians?

Once we have been advised of your specific healthcare staffing need including details of the position and the hiring option (per diem, local contract, or direct hire/full-time), we will go to work for you following our proven method.

  • A comprehensive search is conducted from our network of highly skilled candidates and extensive proprietary database to identify the most qualified individual(s) to match your defined need

  • A telephone screening will be conducted.

  • We will conduct a personal interview of each candidate.

  • We will perform extensive and comprehensive reference and background checks.

  • The most qualified candidate(s) is presented to you for your review and approval.

  • YOU make the final decision.

  • We present your healthcare job offer to the candidate of your choice.

  • We handle all arrangements to ensure the candidate(s) arrives on the date and time you specify.

Does US Medical Staffing pay health insurance, employee-related taxes, and worker compensation for its healthcare professionals working per diem and contract job assignments?

US Medical Staffing is responsible for the payment and processing of taxes, insurance, and worker compensation costs for all clinicians who are our employees.

Can a long-term contract employee work longer than their original assignment called for?

Yes. As long as the clinician is agreeable, you may extend the initial contract assignment for any period of time you wish. Just contact your US Medical Account Manager.
